It's a Tongue Off!

Tuesday 1st May 2012

Which isn't a new lesbian comedy, it means we have 2 artists nominated in the same BAFTA Television Awards category. It's also a coincidence that we've used that phrase and the 2 artists are female.

Let's start again before this gets weird. MIRANDA HART and ANNA CHANCELLOR have both been nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the BAFTA Television Awards for roles in 'Call the Midwife' and 'The Hour', repectively.

The nominations don't stop there either, TOM HOLLANDER has 2 of his own. He is personally nomintated for Best Male Performance in a Comedy Programme and his BBC show 'Rev' is up for Best Situational Comedy, that's sitcom to you and us.

The awards will be held on Sunday 27th May so keep your peepers peeled for the winners.
