Emma Pierson Stars In Up The Women

The talented EMMA PIERSON is starring in the very funny Up The Women on BBC2 at 9pm on Wednesdays.    This hugely enjoyable comedy series tells the story of a group of women who support the suffragette movement occasionally playing at activism but with little commitment.   The strongly drawn characters are full of ideals but ultimately lack the courage to make a stand.  Emma plays the role of Eva who has 14 children and does it brilliantly.  Episode two is on tonight at 9pm.   Watch and be very amused!
